Last year we joined forces with D&A Electric® to increase fuel efficiency, safety and operator performance on all D&A Electric vessels. The fully customized Propulsion, Bow thruster and Tiller units with tailor-made feedback functionalities have been integrated seamlessly with the D&A Electric system and the second batch of levers is now ready for delivery!
The levers will be installed on board of several short sea vessels on which they will be coupled with the D&A Eprop and D&A Dynamic Power Management System. In this way optimal operator performance is made easy even when combining traditional propulsion with battery powered solutions – thereby increasing sustainability and efficiency ???? ⚡
